There is no question that the momentum of the green building, energy saving, sustainable living movement has become a reality. MLS's nationwide (Multiple Listing Service), mortgages and bank appraisels have all adapted and nothing could make me happier. As agents we all need to school ourselves to all the breaking changes so we can guide our clients in the choices they have made or may want to make in the future.
